We carefully chose beech and maple wood for our toys because these materials are perfectly suited for children’s products — combining safety, durability, and natural beauty. The Beech wood is extremely strong and durable, ideal for active play, his dense structure allows for a perfectly smooth finish and moreover it is odourless and naturally safe for children. Maple wood is light-coloured, clean, and visually appealing. It is also smooth to the touch, gentle on small hands and the most important thing it holds its shape well and is perfect for precise details.

Both types of wood used in production of CUBIKA toys come from certified, renewable forests (FSC) and are carefully sourced from the ecologically clean, mountainous forests of the Carpathians. This natural wood is eco-friendly, non-toxic, and does not require aggressive chemical treatment, making it perfectly safe for children. We believe in responsible production, protecting nature, and supporting local initiatives that help preserve forests for future generations.

Our commitment to sustainability goes beyond the toys themselves. Even our packaging is made from sturdy, fully recyclable cardboard, designed with the same care for the environment.

We are proud to have a full-cycle, in-house production located in Western Ukraine, where every stage — from raw wood processing to the finished toy — is carefully controlled by our own team.

What makes our factory truly unique is its location. It is one of the very few toy manufacturing facilities in the world situated in a Carpathian Mountains - ecologically clean forest region.
